Upper Heights Veterinary Clnc

If it were not for the veterinarian, Upper Heights would have received a definite A. The office staff and techs were wonderful - very professional and friendly. They were also able to fit me in on a Saturday, even though I was a new client. The grade I've given is because of the veterinarian, Dr, Anstadt. He seemed to not care a whole lot about my cat. He never looked me in the eye when speaking to (at) me (that's a HUGE minus in my mind), and when I gave him information on my cat, he would ask again later as if I never said anything. Lastly, he constantly interrupted when I was speaking. He just isn't what I look for to take care of my 4-legged babies. On the plus side, he is very cost conscious. I won't be going back to this vet unless it's an emergency.

We really like them. We feel they are more conscientious and personable. They are there to heal the animals. My old veterinarian that I had for years just couldn't get to the problem but Upper Heights Veterinary Clnc did like boom. My dog had an unusual skin problem and we could have gone on and on and spent money we didn't have. They gave a shampoo to use and it worked. Their price was not outrageous. I would use them in the future.
