Matt York and his team did a lot of work for a great price. They took care of getting permits and inspections for new gas line installation from meter to furnace. they removed our old oil furnace and replaced with a decent priced high efficiency gas furnace. They showed up when they said they would, they were professional, and efficient. He eve called several weeks later to make sure everything was working right. We were very pleased with the work done.

Great experience. Contacted United by phone and set up a quote. Then decided to check reviews on Angie's list. Saw that they had positive reviews but not very many, so we got quotes from some of the bigger companies with more reviews. In the end it came down to Matt's professionalism and great pricing.

The installation and the furnace itself has been good but as far as follow-up; they act like they don't hear you on the phone; they hang up on you and you can not get them for a follow up. I need them to help me because I have a problem so follow-up is very important. It would be nice to be able to talk to them so I will not use them again in the future.

Matt is great. We had a flood in our basement, we called his cell phone and he was as a school event with his child (it was 7 pm). He offered to leave right then and come to help us. He helped us clean up, pick a new one and he installed it the next day.
