TURNER MOVING & STORAGE

The estimate I was given did not include charges I en cured. They did not show up on time, the movers complained from the moment they walked in the house about they type of furniture I had, marble tops, antiques, glass shelves, solid furniture, they refused to take pieces of furniture, did not complete the job in a timely manner, did not come back to finish moving my stuff as they stated they would. It took my family 3 more days to finish moving the items they left behind. We are still not settled because of the time wasted moving instead of settling into our new location. I have hurt myself lifting items that should have been put in their proper location by the movers as the boxes were labeled properly. They dropped my armoire and the doors will not close now, the drawers are no longer on their track, the top has damage where it looks like they drug it across the concrete. My marble tops have multiple chips out of it, my desk is damaged, my dining room table is scratched and chunks of wood missing, our beds were not set up, the furniture was not leveled, my fabric is coming off my chair from the way it was handled, my sofa was dirty they did not use moving blankets. These are the most polite words I can use to describe Turner Moving & Storage; horrible, dishonest, unprofessional. If you value your items RUN away as fast as you can, find another moving company. No one will not return phone calls about taking care of the damage they caused. Do not use this company!!!!
