This shop of the chain really has their collective act together. I've been using them now for over 5 years. Their prices are more than competitive as they include lifetime services (rotation, balancing and inflation) that if available must be paid for at other retailers. What is a rarity in the world but a standard in this shop is that women don't have to worry about being given a snow job. I've overheard in the background on numerous occasions some of the technical talk -which they keep simple, and never have i ever heard a false or misleading statement given to a woman. My wife also has experienced the same integrity from them. On top of this, the quality, thoroughness and cleanliness (keeping it clean while working working with tires and brakes is near impossible) of the shop and how they treat your vehicle is superb! Don't know what to buy? They will help you make the right decision based on your car, style of driving and financial goals.

We had damage to 2 of our tires and upon review by the service manager we determined we needed 4 tires to avoid unusual wear. They were very quick doing the replacement and alignment. Very helpful and professional. They did a great job!

They were excellent. I thought they were customer oriented and friendly. They did the service quickly. I was impressed that they didn't try to sell me a new tire when I didn't need one, they were able to patch it. They also insured that my other tires were in good shape. They were able to find a windshield wiper for me, which is difficult to find. They called a supplier and had it there within a half hour. I thought they were very professional and will be using them again.

They over tourqued the lugnuts when they changed my tires, but the did repair it and repaired it for free after I pointed it out to them.
