The guy was very efficient at getting my AC back up and running. Made sure everything was working before he left and ended up replacing my thermostat when it stopped working. Seemed to be very knowledgeable.

I would give Thomas Dillion a chance to do your job over most established pros because his work is as good. As he is starting doing independent work, he will only improve all related customer service endeavors. Why pay more for the same quality with an established firm? BTW, job was done on a weekend for the same quoted rate. He was also thorough with his work.
