I would give Thomas Dillion a chance to do your job over most established pros because his work is as good. As he is starting doing independent work, he will only improve all related customer service endeavors. Why pay more for the same quality with an established firm? BTW, job was done on a weekend for the same quoted rate. He was also thorough with his work.
