They installed our heating and air quite a few years ago. They installed all of our systems and we've used them for years and years and years. They are wonderful people. They're timely, they're cost friendly and they've usually always been out here almost as soon as we call them. We have used them for over 20 years or more. The cost wasn't very much, it was maybe $150. That included going all over the furnace, checking everything on the furnace, the humidifier and then checking the outside unit on the central air, opening it up and going all through the wiring and cleaning it out and all that. I would tell a friend or a family member in a heart beat. They have never ever tried to gouge us, they've always been fair and upfront. They've not tried to say, "Oh well, you need this done to this." They've never done that, never. They're just very upfront people and very honest and that's why we've always stayed with them. We were very impressed with the work. In fact, they actually designed all of our duct work and everything when they put the central air in. We found that to be very, very outstanding because I don't hear of many places that do that. But, the guy that did it actually designed it all. Because our house is almost hundred years old, they had to run a pipe up through the corner in our dining room and up through the closet in the spare bedroom, but we were able to have that all drywalled in. It just so happened that a piece of the original woodwork was up in the little rafters area and I had spotted it down there one day and I pulled it out and I brought it upstairs to the guy and I said, "You have enough here to be able to match this up to the rest of the wood work," and sure enough, he did. You can't even tell. As far as you know, there is just a little corner thing right there in the corner of the dining room and the bottom baseboards match up exactly. It was too much of a coincidence that that piece of board was in this house all these years, just like it was lying there waiting for this to happen. It was kind of weird actually.

They showed up on time every day.  They were here 4 days total.  They removed the air handler in the attic and put the furnace up there.  They were quiet, never seemed to stop working.  There were no problems that I know of.  I was without air for only 2 days.  I would highly recommend Tanner and have already given their name to friends.  When they left, there was no sign of trash, parts, or any debris.  They vacuumed at the end of the installation.  I have no complaints whatsoever.

They did a perfect job! The pricing was reasonable and the installation went well. Everything's held up fine since then and they cleaned up very well. I'd definitely recommend them and I'll use them again!

Installer had many years experience and was a real expert. Both he and his helper were professional and very polite.I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Outstanding in all areas from the original quote to the finish. I highly recommend them and am looking forward to staying warmer this winter.
I would also like to add that in January when it was one of those freezing crazy days, my old furnace quit and before the day was over, Tanner came out and made the needed repair.You are in good hands with these guys. A++++

It was very good. He got the humidifier working okay. He really cleaned the AC unit real good. When he was all done, I was very satisfied. For a service call and for everything he did, I thought the cost was very reasonable. It was definitely a money well spent.

They came out the same day I called them for an estimate. They were the only company that told us about our electric provider rebate, and then they matched the rebate. Work was done in one day. Workers were very careful in the house. Covered their feet when they came inside, cloths were put down on all floors and most of all they were very careful not to let our puppy get out of the yard. Salesman came out the same day to check on job and to answer any questions that we might have had. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a complete furnace replacement back in 2010. Tanner hvac was professional and very good at what they did. I called them 2 years later when my air conditioner malfunctioned in 85 degree weather. They worked me in the next day to come service my unit and were friendly and great! Kept me updated with phone calls and service times and when they could squeeze me in. Second positive experience with this company and I would use them again!

A+! We would HIGHLY recommend Tanner Heating and Air to everyone! We had trouble with our furnace blowing cold air on the morning of January 22nd. The house was at 52 degrees. Initially, my husband called another company to come out. The gentleman that came here looked at the furnace and opened a vent that was on the side and that was pretty much it. When he left, we still had cold air and the man said there was nothing more that he could do. I immediately called Tanner. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and kind. After telling her my issue, we made plans for the on-call serivce manager to come out. Shortly thereafter, Shane arrived. He was very professional and explained everything so that I could understand. He made sure to actually take the time to SHOW me what was going on. He found the problem, fixed it and made sure to stay long enough to make sure that things were going to be ok. I was hesitant at first because of the other company, but Shane assured me things would be ok and said if not, I could call him anytime. He even went the distance as to calling me this morning to check and make sure things went ok through the night and that the furnace was working ok. That was EXTREMELY called and quot;going the mileand quot; for your customer! It is nice to know that there are dependable companies out there who aren't about making a sale, but to satisfy their customer! As good an exprience as one can have when 90 degree weather is accompanied by a failed air conditioner. Tanner responded promptly, were competitively priced and even worked my job in timewise.

I had worked with them before. I don't think it's about the brand they use, but the people who install it. These folks had done a really good job and we didn't have any problems with them. We got a price from them and it was something we were willing to pay. We used them and they did a really nice job. We had one problem when they first started it up and I had the owner down here the same day to check it out. They took good care of me.

They were prompt, and courteous. I have not used their services yet, but will consider using them once I obtain additional quotes.

They are very professional, they have given me competitive prices, their workmen show up when they are supposed to, and they are a responsible company.

I was unable to do it and then I called to get an update, but since the guy already had the records, he didn't have to come back again. Had I gone through with it last year, I would have used them just because I liked the guy who came out. He seemed like a nice guy. He sent the proposal to me by e-mail. The quote was only for air conditioning and it was around $3500. I may consider using him in the future. It's actually between him and another company that I'm planning to use.

One company said I needed an entirely new system, but I knew that wasn't needed. I called Tanner for a second opinion. There was an easy repair need, but they said I did not need a whole new system. They have done a wonderful job and have never overcharged us. The personnel are very friendly and efficient.

They are always timely and friendly enough. They fix it quickly at a decent price. We've been using them on and off for ten years since we've been in our house.
