Their pricing is fair. I think that he is very professional and is doing a good job. He is very comprehensive. I am very impressed with him. They have not sold my house yet. He gets back to us right away. If we were to sell another house we would probably call him.

Stephen is great, no wait...AWESOME !  He sold my home in less than 2 weeks for 100% of the list price :-)  He comes highly recommended online (Zillow, Angieslist, etc.) and I just want to reinforce that fact because, it is true.  I rarely take the time to fill out these survey/customer satisfactions things but I really felt Stephen earned it with me.  He went over and beyond my expectations supplying the experience, professionalism, and integrity I was looking for in a real estate agent.  Stephen helped me navigate through the stresses and confusion of selling my home.  I was very impressed with his extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate.  He always returned my calls or emails promptly.  He will be the first person I contact if I ever go to buy or sell a home in the future and I would highly recommend you make him your realtor too.

In all the experience was very good.  We did have some frustrations due to the personality of the agent we used and not knowing all of the details that were involved in what we'd call a "standard" home purchase; non FHA, non HUD-home, non auction, etc.
The agent was professional, on-time and did a okay job of answering all the complex questions involved with a home purchase.  They were very patient with us during our long, extensive search.  We gave lesser marks on professionalism and responsiveness because while the agent physically was professional, the lack of thorough knowledge and on-the-spot response made us a bit concerned that the agent wasn't fully versed in all aspects.  There were even times we knew the answer to questions our agent did not. 

A job well done.  Stephen is nothing short of amazing.  He is professional and at the top of his game when it comes to real estate.  He provides services that go above and beyond the role of realtor for his clients.  Hemakes the process of selling and purchasing a home easy and comfortable.  I actually interviewed several realtors before selecting Stephen to represent us.  Why did I select Stephen over the other realtors?  To begin with, he has wonderful communication skills, that you will discover, separates him from the garden variety realtor..."He Actually Listens".  Stephen is so good at what he does I know you will be extremely happy you selected him to represent you during your move(s). No matter what should come up during your move, you will find that Stephen never accepts  obstacles...he sees only opportunities that will be worked out.
