The two Steve's were great!! Prompt, polite, and professional. Came out quickly for an estimate. Scheduled the job very soon after. On time for both appointments. Got right to work, finished quickly. Cleared away any mess they made. Very happy with the whole experience. Will use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

Steve worked efficiently to replace the bathroom fan. In doing so, he also cleaned out the exhaust flue by accessing the components through the attic. Likewise, he wasted no time in replacing the outside GFI outlet. He was neat and professional. He was 45 minutes late for our appointment but did call to let us know of the delay.

Sparks Electric came in and removed old fans and put in new fans. I called Sparks Electric to come over to my house and to give me a bid and they charged me $65 just for a quote.

We have used Sparks since the 1970s. They are always friendly. They do quality work at a fair price.

Would use them again. They had the best price out of like 5 companies I called. They arrived at the time they said they would and the guy was friendly and a great worker. Needed my garage light replaced. They did a great job very quickly.

Overall, the job went very well. The electrician (Matt?) was polite, knowledgable and informative. Both the electrican and his work was quite neat. During the inspection from the city, a small discrepancy was discovered which required 5 minutes of re-work. While I don't remember the exact issue, it sounded more like inspector perogative than a real failure of the electrician to perform the job correctly. In any case, Sparks sent the same electrician back out promptly to correct the issue. Customer service from both the office and the electrician was outstanding. While unfamiliar with a great deal of electrical work, the price paid was less than what our home inspector thought it might be.

They are very prompt and they do good work. They arrange their schedules to get to the location timely. They are very friendly very professional and have pretty reasonable prices. They don't tear anything up and if it it's broken, they fix it. They also advise you on improvements that could be made to other areas. I'm going to have them work on our horse arena soon. I got prices from several people and they were the most reasonable prices around.
