Kevin came out quickly and inspected our 25 year old locks (6), most of which were all different keys and most of them lost over the years. Kevin suggested the fixes which minimized the cost (re-keying still good locks and replacing bad locks with matching styles.  Rather than charging me loads for the key-less lock he said I could save money buying it myself (saved $150 buying on-line after his suggestion).  On install day he came out on time, did the job well in short order.  Didn't charge me for work included in the estimate which as it turned out didn't need to be done.  Very honest.  Friendly and professional and would hire again in a heartbeat.
