We had to find a rental place in three weeks and Tim Chupka told us that he would send some furnished and unfurnished places by the end of the weekend (four days from the time we talked). On Monday, he sent a link to rent.com and told us it's easier for us to look. Then when I complained to relocation director, Lisa Fix, she indicated it was confusion caused by me. I apparently didn't know how much I wanted to spend on a rental place. What I actually told Mr. Chupka was that I was flexible and willing to consider all prices. I just didn't know how much it costs to rent a place in Dayton, that's why I needed his help. I gave him all the other requirements for a rental place and expected some tailored results from not only rent.com but houses as an option too. I really felt like I wasted a bunch of time and that they were trying to put the responsibility back on me for Mr. Chupka's poor service.
