We have been doing business with Shaw's Lock Shop for over 20 years. Mark Shaw came out to our new location and re-keyed all of our old door locks. Outstanding job. Reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend. 5 Star!!!

Great service. Arrived quickly and stayed until I made it into the house. Unfortunately my lock was metal and he was unable to unlock it but he did manage to saw through the knob so that I could get into my home. Fortunately it was the door from my garage so there was no real lack of security while I shopped for a new lock.

There was nothing I didn't like.Working with Shaw's Keys & Lock Service was very personable. He waded out to me that I thought that I could get all the locks re-keyed because it's the same key but because there was two different locks, I couldn't. They gave a good service overall.

They are very helpful. The last time we went to see them we were having trouble with the lock on our truck door, and instead of charging us to make new keys and put a new lock they gave us a tip and that worked so we didn’t end up spending anything. They said I don’t have to spend any money and I thought that was nice, they could have charged us for something we didn’t need.

THEY WERE REALLY QUICK IN RESPONDING. THEY REALLY SEEM TO KNOW THEIR BUSINESS, AND ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM VERY LONG AT ALL FOR THEM TO GET ME INTO MY HOUSE.
