We have been using them since the 70's. The washer and dryer is still working and they have only come once to service it.

It took about an hour and a half. They even put the things over their shoes before they even came into the house.

I am very happy with them and would recommend them to others.

Overall, it was good. They were professional and for the cost we wanted a name brand windows. They were good and I would use them again.

This supplements a earlier report on the purchase of a refrigerator from Sears at the Dayton Mall during November 2013. The refrigerator was delivered and set up. I signed the delivery document acknowledging receipt of the refrigerator. I noticed a sentence that said something about having so many days to respond if I found a problem with the item, I think as a result of shipping. When the delivery men were leaving I asked them twice for a copy of what I signed. They said they do not leave a copy with the customer and drove off. Clearly I should have been left with a copy of the document that I signed. Isn't this normal business practice? This conduct does not reflect well on Sears and the company should address this problem with the firm that I think delivers out of Monroe, Ohio.

Called prior to arriving and arrived when indicated to provide estimate and suggestions. Advised tub was under warranty even though it was over five years old. Determined brace had broken causing the tub to become out of line and damaging both tub and boot. Ordered parts and told exactly how many boxes would come and scheduled appointment to repair following week. Again called prior to coming to make sure parts were here. Arrived as scheduled and repaired washer and checked to make sure it was operating properly.

This is not the first time I have used this sears automotive service station. I am typically satisfied with their work and the prices seem reasonable. However, in this instance, they did not fix my problem. I had to take the vehicle back and they diagnosed it again. Ultimately, they determined the the problem was not something they worked on, They gave me a great recommendation of another service station that they assessed could solve my problem. However, the repair was cost-prohibitive based on age of the vehicle and the fact that I had already spent about $700 on repairs that did not give me heat, Believe this has more to do with the age/condition of my vehicle than Sears performance as I have been happy with them in the past for brake, tire and air conditioning issues,

They showed up on time and had the washing machine fixed in less than half an hour. Moved both machines back in place afterwards. Very courteous.

They came to my home and repaired my stove for me. It was under warranty.

They got me in quickly and they had a good price on glasses. I will probably use them again.

The washing machine is nice and large. It saves money because we use less detergent, water and electricity. The washing takes a little longer, but it hasn't been a nuisance at all. It is wonderful. I had a negative experience regarding the price. I looked at the machine on a Sunday and it was on sale at a great discount. I didn't know if I should buy it on the spot. I told them that I would talk to my husband and come back the next day if it was all right with him. The sale ended that day and the salesperson didn't say anything about the sale ending that day. They were not that interested in helping me. I called and explained that and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I should have written a letter. I was very disappointed with that. The delivery was wonderful. The gentlemen were very polite, very considerate and very careful. It was a very wonderful process as far as the delivery and installation.
