RIBER HEATING & COOLING

Mr. Riber was PROMPT!  When called by our home warranty company, he promptly called our son (who is living in the house), saying he would be there in 30 minutes.  HE WAS!  He showed up and actually spoke with our son asking pertinent questions regarding the problem.  He went directly to the attic, found the problem and corrected it.  THIS after we had had TWO other companies look at the problem.  Neither went into the attic although our son told them of the water situation when he would turn on the air.  Each, however, found something they called a 'correction'.  
Mr. Riber was in the house and corrected the problem within an hour!  He was pleasant, prompt and astute in his work.  While he took the time to ask questions, he went promptly to work to correct the three week old problem!  
In the above ratings section, I assigned the price section as N/A since our warranty company afforded us the entire cost.  We have been given no information on this as of yet.

The project was completed over the course of about 10 days.

This is the 4th or 5th time I have used Riber HVAC to address heating & cooling issues with rental properties. Same day service was provided, and they will give you honest feedback on repair vs replacement. Past jobs have varried from $85 to a few hundred and have been very reasonable. I have always had great service and will definitely use again.
