I called Requarth to repair an older Andersen Patio Door that was not opening/closing properly. They came by to take a look and provide an estimate, but it turned out that my door only needed a minor adjustment. They made this adjustment and now the door works perfectly. And they wouldn't accept any payment for their visit. I'd recommend them and would definitely call again if needed.

Mine was an insurance claim and they worked with me to get my optimal choice given the claim amount allowed. They drew up several layouts to find the best design for me. Installation is beautiful.

I had gone to another location at first to get ideas on changing the layout of my master bath and they didn’t seem to want my business so I contacted bequeath and they responded quickly with plans. Picked cabinets and counter tops and after 6 weeks started the remodel. Beautiful cabinets and quartz counter tops made this bathroom a showcase. Had a few problems but they fixed everything to our satisfaction.

Paul Kemna met with us 4 or 5 times preceding our purchase. His guidance resulted in an end product which we love. We receive many compliments and our builder, Jim Zengel, features our kitchen on his website

We worked with Shawn Miller, Requarth's Operations Manager, over a several week process while we evaluated several different proposals.  We were impressed with Shawn's professionalism and interest in working with us to retain the character of our 90 year old home.  Rather than replace all 30+ windows in our home, he proposed a different approach for the wood casement windows.  He suggested Larson Insider-windows which would be installed so (1) we did not need to replace 19 windows and (2) the storm windows could be changed from the inside of the house.  Anderson replacement windows were used on the rest of the windows.
Along the way, we had numerous questions. Requarth worked with the manufacturers, where necessary, to understand specific capabilities of the window.  They patiently showed us showroom samples of how the window strategy would be applied to our home.  Same thing with the wooden storm door.  We wanted a storm door that was correct for the time period of the house.  Requarth recommended a company that specialized in wooden doors that match the time period of our home.
Installation is scheduled for late September which is when the windows are scheduled to be build/delivered by Anderson.  So far, we are extremely pleased and are looking forward to our new windows within a few more weeks.

Deb at Supply One was wonderful. She helped us design our new kitchen. Guiding us through choosing cabinets, designs, hardware, etc. she gave us suggestions for countertop suppliers and coordinated all of the installation without contractor and the granite provider. We had a couple issues where the manufacturer didn't send the right cabinet or enough hardware. Those issues were resolved quickly and professionally. A+!

Replaced all of the windows in the house including two very large picture windows and a bay window with thermal insulated Andersen top quality windows. After some initial misunderstanding by the original salesman who apparently was being given a second chance, one of the top managers can to the house and redid all the measurements and estimates. The installers did a first class job including excellent brick work where to openings were enlarged for two locations. I would definitely recommend them.

I measure service providers based upon the both the journey and overall result. Mistakes and delays can happen, but it is the response to those mistakes or delays which separate good providers from not-so-good providers. In this regard, there were unexpected delays, but after my escalation Requarth kept in close touch with updates via phone or email.
The installation was primarily delayed due to an unexpected and quot;hueand quot; of the underlying fiberglass door from the manufacturer. It took a few weeks to learn that the manufacturer had a primer which would allow a and quot;stainerand quot; to achieve a mahogany finish despite the unexpected color of the fiberglass itself.
We could not be more pleased with the end result; our new fiberglass front door looks genuinely like the finely-crafted (Simpson) mahogany wood door it replaced. I was told by several painters that achieving a wood stain finish on fiberglass--even under ideal conditions--requires a uniquely-gifted painter. Requarth used an individual named Fred Warren and the results of his work are stunning.
Next year I plan to buy lumber to re-deck my 1,000 sq-ft deck and without question will ask Requarth to provide. Once ready to replace our countertops, I will ask Requarth. It is good to know that companies still employ locally and care about their customers and reputation.

Two salesmen did the initial visit for measuring then we sat down to talk about our needs and the variety of windows they sold. The meeting(s) went very smoothly as we worked through all the options and design details. Very professional folks!! When the windows arrived (On time as promised) the installation guys and salesman met with us to describe the process. They asked about what they could do to make the job go smoothly and we all agreed in advance what materials they could leave on site every night and where those items would be stored. This was a large job that took several days. The installers (employees of Requarth) arrived on time everyday and cleaned up when finished for the day. When it comes to construction, I'm a very picky consumer and these guys were fabulous!! The staining of the wood windows and trim was subcontracted out and that detail was excellent. The largest and most difficult piece was the large bay window. In the end, the bay window looked like a piece of furniture.
Obviously I'm impressed and I feel I got my money's worth. Yes, these windows are expensive but I chose Anderson's best window and elected to have them taken down to the studs. Requarth sells other less expensive windows which would save a great deal of money but the A series fit my needs.
Requarth is not a big-box store using subcontracted installers. You get what you pay for!

Left two voice mail messages for their Anderson window person and gave plenty of time to respond. There has not been any response whatsoever from them. They will never get any of my business in the future for anything since they don't have the professionalism to even call back.. BTW the job entails the repair of almost 20 windows, their loss.

"(Member name removed), we are sorry that we did not respond to your calls. As our President explained when he later called you, no one in our office had a record of receiving a your calls and messages. Nevertheless, during that period of time we were in the process of merging operations with Supply One and opening a new kitchen and bath showroom. As a result, phone extensions were changing, offices were moving, and staff were learning new procedures. We acknowledge that we might very well have lost some phone messages in all the excitement. There is never an excuse for a dissatisfied customer interaction and we regret your dissatisfaction. It is definitely not the norm and we would have welcomed the opportunity to work with you."

They have a wonderful design staff, and so far they have been good overall. I have made a down payment because they are ordering the cabinets. They are going to start the work in two weeks.

French double doors to the patio were replaced, and the door frame completely rebuilt inside and out to correct a rotting situation. The work was excellent and done very professionally. It included removing, then remounting blinds and drapery valences, and installing a second door lock. All paint work had been done prior to the day of installation. Tarps were placed inside and out. Cleanup afterward was perfect. Additionally, I had three leaking window panes replaced on various other windows in the house. The Requarth representative was especially helpful in getting the correct panes ordered for that task. Although it took a while to get the job scheduled, the result was well worth it.

The project was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks. It finished in four months. Many problems... repeated reordering of cabinets, miscalculation on design of ceiling and lighting, proper materials for trim was not done from the beginning... When problems were presented to the sales person and office management there was a failure to respond and it was never their fault. They lack complete professionalism. My problems still persist with my final bill. I would not recommend the use of their services to anyone.
