Real Estate Service
First he was late to his first appointment.
He then promised us he was the top salesman and he used to be an appraiser. He then said we were not asking enough for our house so he upped the asking price. when the first offer came in it was low. He then did everything he could to convince us our house would not sell for more to get us to close. When I tried to get him to understand he would just talk over me. I got louder so he could here me and then he called me a bully. Through out the process Phil was not helpful at all. We finally sold the house but not through any great salesmanship on his part. All he will do for you is post you listing on MLS and the internet.
