Reliable Electric

I lost power to an assisted living memory care unit that I manage about 11pm last night. I called the 24 hour emergency line for Reliable and Ben answered. When I told him what was going on, there were no other words than absolutely in on my way to help, even though or building was almost an hour from his home. When Ben arrived he understood the delicate nature of the folks in our building and went to work immediately. After a bit Ben realized our problem couldn't be fixed by him as it was a missing leg of power through AES. I called AES and was told they would dispatch someone out. This is typically the point in which most electric companies would wish you luck and move on. Ben however stayed, met with AES to diagnose the problem, and then once the problem was resolved walked the entire building to ensure everything was safe and working correctly. Almost forgot that this was now 3AM in the morning. Ben, thank you for going above and beyond to ensure our residents were safe, you are one of a kind!

Rarely do companies actually follow through with a real service recovery process for issues that come up unexpectedly along the way -- but this team really has done an incredible job in accepting the responsibility for an error and taking the necessary time and resources to assess the situation fully and then respond in a very appropriate manner. Mistakes absolutely happen in any industry, it's the people that then have to respond to them that make or break the relationship in any recovery process, and this team has absolutely proven how great they are at recovery and how true they are to their word to the customer. These are good people and they deserve the recognition they get for the good work they provide.

The job was done correctly, efficiently and professionally at a reasonable cost.

Our service technician Paul Anthem was exceptional. He was professional, respective and personable. He handled a somewhat complicated dimmer switch replacement/installation where several others were unsuccessful. I will go ahead now and request this individual for future needs when they arise. Cody, the technician, quickly changed out the defective photo cell on my yard pole lantern and he went the extra mile to help me. He was personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. This work was to replace a defective photo cell that was under their warranty. I cannot say enough nice things about Reliable Electric!

Prompt and excellent service. Paul the technician was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away and took care of it in a timely manner. In addition, he explained everything in clear and concise terms that I could easily understand.

Jordan arrived on time and was a very pleasant person to talk to. He understood exactly what need to be done and kept me informed of what options I had available to me during the installation process. He cleaned up after the installation was done.

The new chandelier was very intricate and tedious to hang. Woody and Elgin worked all day installing it with Jordan stopping by at the end to help out. They are hardworking and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results. The entire process with Reliable Electric went smoothly and I would definitely recommend and hire them again in the future.

It was a same day service call the guys showed up earlier than expected which was great. Sean & Woody did a great job that was done quickly and efficiently. I was extremely happy with there performance. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was pretty good. They had to go an extra step because the first guy Jordan told me I had to buy the security light and then they would install them but I had no idea about the lights so he went and purchased all of the lights for me. I called to make sure they had the lights that were purchased and it they were there. I had asked for Jordan to come back to my home and he ended up doing a another job in another city and I could not get him back so I was a little disappointed but my job was completed by someone else and on the day that was promised to me.

Very well. It was an extremely labor intensive repair and they did an excellent job. They were punctual, very pleasant and knowledgeable workers. I will use them in the future for any electrical requirements and I definitely recommend Reliable Electric to others.

They do great work.

We were pleased. They were polite. I had some questions on the billing and the owner worked with us too. The bill wasn't itemized, but they worked on that. We also had it inspected as it was electrical and they passed inspection. I didn’t compare their price that much. Their responsiveness was excellent. They were very easy to work with. They were good about answering questions.
