First of all, in all of our conversations prior to the installation, we talked directly to Marvin, the owner of Reaves Electric. Other places we contacted had a "we'll call you back" attitude. When Marvin showed up at our house, he was the epitome of professionalism. We were convinced that he was honest with us from the beginning. He told us up front that the job would take around six hours, and we were completely surprised that he hit it on the head. Almost six hours exactly and they were done. That was even after answering all of our questions in a way that we actually understood. Marvin did not give us the bums rush. He stayed until all of our questions and concerns were answered. Not only did they do a great job, I think the area was cleaner when they left than it was when they got there. As happy as I was with the installation, I was even more impressed when I got a call from Marvin the next day to make sure everything was performing as expected. After talking to Marvin, I found out that he also did roofing work. I would definitely recommend Reaves Electric for all of my electric needs. Based on their electrical work, I would also call him for my roofing needs. It's tough to find honest services these days so when I do, I stick with them.

Showed up on time, gave an estimate and returned later that day to install the fan. Works very well.

THEIR PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE AND VERY AFFORDABLE. I LIKED HOW THEY DID NOT JUST REPLACE ALL THE OUTLETS, THEY JUST FIXED THE ONES THAT NEEDED FIXING. IT WAS NICE TO KNOW I WAS NOT GETTING A BAD DEAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
