Re-Bath of Dayton

I want to send a shout out to Chris and Jesse who totally transformed my shower. Honestly, I thought it was expensive, but I am soooo glad we stuck with Rebath, the materials are custom made and are the real deal and the warranties are awesome! I'm not crazy about strangers in my home, but these dudes were great, they were on time, (actually started a little early) cleaned up behind themselves, kept me informed on what they were doing and finished (early). I called them the "A" Team. I had a great experience with Chris, Jesse and Rebath, I really did.

I didn't ask them to contact me. They harassed me by e-mail and phone. They used an underhanded method to acquire my parents' phone number to harass them. Even though I wrote an initial review against them on a different site, they persisted in harassing me. I've even cited federal law against e-mail harassment, but that doesn't deter them. I'm thinking against sending my evidence against them to the relevant law enforcement agencies.

It went extremely well. They did amazing job. Love our new bathtub.

We just finished a 3 day shower/tub install...their bread & butter. Communication was poor, had to call company to confirm install and start time. Day 1: Demo, 10:00-3:30 (4 1/2 hrs on site...had to go pick up stuff at Lowes @ lunch and "...have to go look at something;" at the end of the day Day 2: 12:30-4:55 (4.5 hrs on site); 2/3 of install completed, late start communicated Day 1 and attributed to "...having to go to Hamilton to fix something, I'll be here by 11:00" Day 3 7:00-10:30 (3 1/2 hours on site.) Early start as we have out of town company, including an 2nd day infant arriving at 10:30. Total job time: 12.5 hrs; an easy 2 day install if fuller days were worked Spoke with office manager during second day. She was unaware of the Hamilton side trip, defensive, was able to offer little explanation, and offered a shallow apology for the delay; a service recovery opportunity poorly executed. The manager was fully aware of the timeline at time of contracting, and Re-Bath agreed it could be met, as was the tech when he arrived Day 1. I am underwhelmed by the corporate customer service and operational savvy. I am glad I did not contract both bathrooms as we originally planned...we will be rethinking that...we were oversold, and it appears as of now, under delivered. I asked to speak with the owner during Day 2; I still have not heard anything...based on other negative reviews; we may not. I have not ran water in the install yet as I was asked to wait 24 hrs. Any comments concerning functionality would be premature. On the upside The technician does appear to be doing a good job with the install. He maintained a clean work site, and was courteous.

It was amazing. Re-Bath came in, showed what they offered, Really went through with helping us pick everything out. Came back to take second measurements. Then, they sent Ryan. He was wonderful. He really knew what he was doing. He took his time and made sure it was flawless before leaving. Ryan did better than we could ever have hoped. Laid our floors, set the sink, set the toilet and installed the shower all in 2 days. Thanks so much Ryan!

We had a great experience with Re-Bath of Dayton! From the salesman to the installation it went quickly and smoothly! Bobby, our installer, was a pleasure to work with, he was on time, polite, courteous and always very conscientious about covering our floors and cleaning up any mess he made and most of all professional! Highly recommend Re-Bath!

It went well. I was very pleased. They stayed longer than I expected but they were honest about their mistake and took care of it. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and I appreciate that.

They were excellent and I would hire them again if I needed to! Me neighbors hired them for a bathroom remodel after they saw the great job Re-Bath did in my home.

It was wonderful. They handled everything professionally. They were clean and conscientious. They did a great job getting the materials to finish the job. I would recommend them to others.

What the sales guy and I talked about in my home is not what the installer brought to my house. The sales guy was having all kinds of issues with his ipad and technology and I didn't get a copy of my agreement with them before he left the house. He said he was going to send it to me, but I never got it. When I went to check on what the installer was doing, they were not installing items of the correct size and I had to go around and around with them to get it fixed because I didn't have a copy of the order. It was a mess, I don't blame the installer, he was very nice and did a good job. But the hassle I had to go through, to get what I'd asked for in the first place, was ridiculous. On top of everything, the salesman had me fill out an application for financial assistance with the project, which included all of my sensitive personal information. He later pretended like he didn't know what I was talking about, and the office staff told me that they don't handle that aspect of things. It is deeply concerning to me that I gave this man my information under potentially false pretenses.

The installation seemed to go well and the installation certainly looked nice. The installer bashed the old tub into the bathroom door as he was taking it out. Also bashed it into the storm door on the front of the house, denting its frame so badly that it had to be replaced. The installer gave us his "word of honor" that he would be out the next day to fix it. Naturally, he never showed. We had to replace the storm door and we're still waiting for him to honor his word on the bathroom door. This is part of a complete remodel and when the rest of the process started this past week, some 3 months after the install is when the real fun began. When the drywall was removed from the walls near the shower we saw water and mold. We called Rebath who sent out the same installer that bashed the doors. He told us there was no way that his workmanship could be defective even though there was plenty of evidence. He claimed he ran the water in the bath for an hour and found no leaks. He actually only did it for about 15 minutes but we already didn't take him at his "word". He left telling us there was nothing we could do. Rebath in Dayton does not use licensed plumbers so we called a local plumber who has provided great service to us over the years. He was here less than 5 minutes and showed us where the shower was leaking around a poorly sealed faucet. And it wasn't just a drip or two. Given that there is a serious leak and there was already mold present, it's a virtual certainty that there's mold behind the shower panels. Rebath refuses to acknowledge the leak and won't even come to the house so we can show them. I suppose they don't want to have to eat the cost of completely replacing their work after they've had to tear out the installation to rid it of mold. Next stop is legal action I guess.

They did nothing ethical in my job.. They made a mess and damaged my home.  2010.

They were fine. I think sunrooms are very expensive but I think their price was competitive. They were punctual and responsive. I would certainly contact them again in the future if necessary.

Excellent sevice.  Jason was very helpful and willing to answer questions throughout the whole process, and was good about making sure things were done right and at a reasonable cost.  As well, the workers that built our addition were great to ask questions and work with us on modifications.  Great company!

Added screen room to my 1850's style home. Made it blend perfectly, great workmanship. Courteous employees. Maybe a little pricey, but good work.
