I took the computer in on Monday, and received it back on Wednesday. They are upfront on all charges, what they will do, call you if addtional work or issues are found. The staff is amazing, friendly, neat, organized and will take the time to answer questions. I found the offices to be exceptionally clean, neat and well organized!! Will definatley use them again if needed and would recommend to my friends....

Quanexus provides computer services to professional and industrial clients. As a courtesy to the public, they will work on personal computers for a small fee plus parts. Their service timing may vary as they work personal computers on an and quot;as availableand quot; labor basis. The price and service quality were well worth any brief wait. Quanexus beats both price and service from and quot;Big Boxand quot; stores! I highly recommend them.
The only caveat I have is don't depend on Google maps to find them. Google can't seem to get their location right.

I called first and asked if they work on these types of problems since most of their business is for small/mid-sized businesses. They confirmed they also work on consumer's pc's. They told me it could be 2-3 days before they could work on it because of their backlogged work. I took the pc in and actually heard back within a few hours. Unfortunately, because of the way the HP Pavilion laptop was built, they could not remove the monitor without breaking the pc and advised purchasing a new pc. They even offered to help with the data transfer. There was no charge for this diagnosis! I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and would definitely use this company again in the future.

It was fairly quick. He got it in and out quickly. He did what he was supposed to do. I didn't have any personal contact with him. If I didn't find someone closer or better, I would use him again.

When my desktop began occasionally making noise, I started looking for a computer repair business that had good customer responses and is listed on Angie's List. I am very well satisfied with the services supplied by Quanexus. I left my computer with them to be diagnosed. The verdict was that my hard drive was dying and could crash at any time. My decision was to get a new desktop computer. They recommended several reliable/quality brands. They transferred all of my data and supporting programs to the new computer as well as antivirus/malware software and checked to verify that the programs were working. The various staff that I met were helpful and courteous. If I have any problems in the future, I would not hesitate to use this business again. They also honored the Angie's List coupon to cover their services.

.We saw their name and reports on Angies list so we called the and explained what problem we were having. They offered to come to the house but we told them we could bring it in since it was a laptop. We had a backup and were in no big hurry to get it back. They called with info about what they found and their plan. also called to keep us informed about their progress.Everyone we met and talked to was knowledgable professional and personable We would not hesitate to use their service again and would highly recommend them.

I wasn't sure what to think when I tried to restart my laptop after taking it downstairs to hook it up to my television to watch a football game on ESPN3. The system failed to start, the monitor was blank and there were no error messages. Repeated attempts to boot the system had the same results. I talked to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they thought it would be a hardware problem. Best Buy sends hardware problems to a central location via UPS and cost would be $83 plus the repair. Turnaround time would be 2-4 weeks depending on backlog. I wasn't satisfied that Best Buy was my best alternative so I checked Angie's List and found Quanexus which was just a few miles away. Although most of their business is for small to mid-sized businesses, they handle individual computer problems on an 'as-available' basis when their technicians are in the office. They explained that the cost would be $73 and could take a couple of days depending on technician availability. I was impressed with Jason during my phone discussion and decided to take my laptop in that afternoon.
Within 2 hours they had the system running and asked to keep the laptop overnight so they could run memory and storage tests to verify that I didn't have a hardware problem. Initially, they were unable to reboot the system. Even using the boot diskette failed to restart the system. Next, they took the battery out, reconnected the battery and the system started running. Evidently that allowed the laptop to reset. Next, they removed a corrupted Logitech file that may have contributed to the problem. I had removed Logitech's Desktop Messaging System because it was incompatible with Windows7 - evidently the file ended up becoming corrupted. When I tried to restart the system a few minutes later, it would not restart.
I had my system back within 24 hours. As mentioned, I was impressed with the professionalism and competency of the staff at Quanexus. I certainly would not hesitate to take my computers there for service again. I am very satisfied with their service!

They just fixed my computer and I have had it back from them. I don't know much about computers and what updates it needs. I dropped it off end of September and I was not able to pick it up as I had cataract and I was not able to get it. They have been very good at keeping it and I was supposed to go back and go over information and I was not able to go back so they had to drop it off to me. They were very courteous and helpful. I don't know much about computers and when I called and asked about a couple of things they were very nice and very helpful. My computer is still going down and they did what they had to do and cleaned it of viruses but I don't know anything. I still can't see or do anything so I can't tell. I think for their care, concern and workmanship they are great. I would go back to them and I have recommended them. They didn't want to take payment from me until I could come back again and I couldn't go. I asked my husband to go and they were willing to work with him but my husband didn't want to go. When I called Jason he would always answer the phone and he was very courteous. He was willing to come out or send someone but I didn't have the money. They gave a coupon for Angie's List. I think their price was pretty good. I don't know much about computers but I think they are pretty good. When I went to another store they said it would cost so and so for the job and I estimated it would be high cost. Their responsiveness was very good. They are really punctual. They were very professional. They are a young group of kids and they are very courteous and they are respectful. Once you walk in through the door and if there is another that walks in they don't disregard either of us. Some people are rude but they weren't. It is a nice atmosphere when you walk in and it is a nice little place for young guys. They are trying real hard. Jason is the one who always answers the phone and Brian is the one who told me that if I had any problems I could call back. They were very helpful and if I needed someone to come out to my house in the future they said they were willing to have me.

Excellent. Would recommend again. Even though I had to travel out of town, I believe the benefits outweighs the travel. There was not a company where I live that was rated as well as Quanexus. Pricing was more than fair and the Angie's List coupon was helpful.

Computer went goofy, got on Angie's list found Quanexus. Called them, they took the computer that day. The staff was great, took time to talk to me and answer questions. Had my computer 3 days, got it back with some things lost in the hard drive but overall many items were saved. Very pleased with service.

Very well. Computer is working fine and they did not try and sell me something that I did not need. They were very honest as they could have sold me something I didn't need and I wouldnt' have known the difference.

My laptop was riddled with viruses, and some of my efforts to clean the viurses had corrupted the operating system to the extent that Windows would not load. Since some of the files on the laptop had not been backed up, I had an urgent need to retrieve the files off the laptop. I assumed that the operating system would have to be re-installed since it would no longer load. After the Quanexus technician examined the computer, he found that he could repair Windows without re-installing it. This eliminated the need to copy out all of the files. He also cleaned the remaining viruses. The laptop now operates perfectly and no data was lost.
