Crew was punctual, polite and professional. They were careful regarding my beds and plants. Did a fantastic job of cleaning up before they left. After my first meeting with Paul Moore, the owner, I felt like I could trust him.

I'd give them a B. I would use them in the future.

I had leaks in my roof and when they were done, there were no more leaks. I dealt directly with the owner and he sent out a couple of workers to work on it. They did a good job. I did not have any problems with them.

1. Gregg came out to inspect my roof and give a free estimate of a replacement or repair, once we were on the roof and he saw the storm damage he recommended contacting my insurance and filing a claim. He was willing to come back out and go over the damage and aid in the inspection with my insurance adjuster.
2. My insurance adjuster made an appointment to come out and while the adjuster was late, Gregg was early and ready. I am glad Gregg was there, he was definitely an advocate for me. Gregg was very patient was my obviously inexperienced adjuster (we spent more than 90 minutes n the roof) and took the time to point out all the damage that had occurred.
3. Within a day of my insurance company issuing a check to cover the entire replacement of my roof, Gregg was back with sample shingles to ensure we picked the right color and type of shingle.
4. Two days after picking the color and type of shingle we wanted, Quality Exteriors crew was out and had our old roof off and the new one on in the same day. They were very careful to make sure that there was no mess left over. Even though my new roof has a limited lifetime warranty, I have an additional 10-year warranty through Quality Exteriors.
The new roof looks great, and I can say with out a doubt that Gregg Wear and Quality Exteriors went above and beyond all over our expectations. 
They have customers for life, I will be using Quality Exteriors for our future kitchen and basement renovations as well.

We had the new gutters and gutter guards installed on our house and garage and liked the result so much that we had them do our rental home as well. Excellent group of guys and came back and put in a diverter at no charge when the runoff was too much in the one corner. Very prompt and courteous service and I high;y recommend their company. It is great not having to clean out leaves and muck!

I called Quality Exterior to come out and fix a leak in my roof and give me an estimate to replace the roof.  Greg Wear came out and quickly found the problem and put a rubber boot on the toilet vent.  Maybe an hour's worth of work.  He then gave me an estimate for replacing the roof.  The price was very fair.  Due to being late time in the year, the new roof would have to wait for the spring.  I asked for the bill for the leak repair and it was no charge to me.  Quality fixed the leak, gave me a timely estimate and a fair quote for the the roof. With the leak repair, Quality Exterior was responsive and generous with their time and service.  When I replace the roof this spring, Quality Exterior will be the only company I use.

Excellent service. Everything happened the way they laid it out. In and out in a couple of days. So far no issues and no leaks! Highly recommended.

We had several companies provide quotes that ranged from $500 to $5,000. Gregg personally provided the quote with an accurate analysis of the cause for the leak. His team was onsite the following Saturday and completed the repair in a couple of hours. A supervisor was engaged during the entire process and Gregg personally checked the following Monday to verify we were happy with the work.
They were extremely responsive and could easily have charged more for the work as I asked them to install a roof vent.
We have used other contractors where they bring in contractors and never check the status of the work until many weeks after. I have since used them for another project and they are now my preferred contractor.
I highly recommend them.
