Primed Physicians

Dr. Heritage is great. She interacts very well with our son and knows what she's talking about. We never have to wait - we get right in. The whole staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

Great, she is very willing to talk & answer questions.  We always feel comfortable with her, and she's great with our infant.  She is usually available for appointments, but we have brought our baby in for a sick visit and saw another physician in the same office who was also very good. 

Great office - we've gotten in at the last minute; have been able to reschedule with no problems; and went in for a nurse-only visit to check weight.

Being new to the area, we were referred to this provider by our realtor and are very happy with our selection.  Dr. Taylor is kind, compassionate and caring.  We have seen her for my daughter's yearly check-up, as well as a few visits for minor illnesses.  The front office is very kind, the doctor is always timely and we are in and out in a very efficient manner--which is great when you are waiting for your appointment, but sometimes not so great if you have additional questions and feel a bit rushed.  Dr. Taylor also provided referral to two other specialists which we greatly appreciated.  We have also met with another provider here when Dr. Taylor was unavailable, and she was as personable and caring as Dr. Taylor.  If it gives you any insight into how satisfied we are, we are switching insurances in the upcoming year, so we can remain with this practice, since they are no longer accepting Aetna patients.

Dr. Bockhorn is great!  She has a low key personality and interacts really well with kids.  She is very thorough but manages to keep things upbeat and positive.

Dr. Heritage is very professional and extremely thorough.  She is approachable and easy to talk to.  She communicates easily with kids at their own level and takes time to explain things clearly.

Our interaction with them was good. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
