Petill Home Improvement assisted me in developing a new design for my kitchen remodel project. They removed all cabinetry and a wall between the kitchen and family room. That wall contained all of plumbing pipes and they redirected all of those to accommodate the huge change. The existing refrigerator space was inconvenient so they designed a new refrigerator space using the existing pantry. They rebuilt the pantry space to accommodate the built-in refrigerator with a full wall cabinet alongside it and a cabinet above it. I purchased tall cabinets but they were 6and quot; short of reaching the ceiling, so Petill Home Improvement designed and installed a combination filler board and crown moulding to fill that space. Where the large wall and 2 small stub walls and soffits were removed, ceiling drywall had to be replaced and stomped - it matches the adjoining ceiling perfectly! After the countertop company installed the countertop, Petill hooked up all the plumbing, electrical, installed the porcelain backsplash, installed the garbage disposal and dishwasher. They also replaced the existing can lights with LED lights and added 4 additional ones. During the remodel, whenever they discovered deficiencies in construction made by the original builder, they pointed them out to me and suggested ways to remedy them. The crew was always professional, always prompt, always courteous, always cleaned up their work space at the end of the day and did a superb, meticulous job. I highly recommend them!

I received Matt's name from a friend who had used him in the past. We worked with Matt for several months since I was also getting granite counter tops and a new floor. Matt is a real perfectionist and was great about giving me his opinions and suggestions for different options. We chose faucet fixtures from a catalog and selected the tile we wanted from Florida Tile. Matt ordered everything needed at his cost and got it for us. We were very happy with Matt and Danny throughout the entire project. I am very picky about work quality. Matt was always very receptive to any of my concerns or worries. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for home improvements. The only negative is that Matt is very busy so you may have to wait to get your project started, but he's worth the wait. Use him....you won't be sorry!

Came back 4 Mondays in a row to make sure it was perfect. I've had people repair it several times before, and he was the first one to repair it correctly. Very gracious and polite. Very clean. It came out perfect. He also did a few other jobs for me.

I purchased a dishwasher, microwave and range from Home Depot and paid to have them installed. When the appliances were delivered, the installers told me they couldn't do the work because of existing tile work. I contacted Petill Home Improvement and explained the situation and they came to my house in 48 hrs and installed the appliances between other major jobs they were doing. You can't get better service or workmanship that than!

Petill Home Improvement has nearly remodeled our entire house over the past several years! Superb and impeccable workmanship! Totally dependable, reliable and trustworthy! Very personable and easy to work with! All work was started and completed on time and the construction areas were completely clean when the crew was finished. Several areas of poor builder workmanship were uncovered during the tear down phase of a couple of the remodel projects and Petill Home Improvement readily brought them to my attention, brought them up to today's standards, and then completed the jobs. The master bath is stunning, the guest bath is charming, the gorgeous 16x16 pergola invites you to relax, and the modern laundry room remodel makes doing laundry fun (well, not really, but I thoroughly enjoy viewing the front loading appliances, new cabinetry/counter top and ceramic floors and backsplash!). The kitchen project is next and I will only hire Petill Home Improvement to design and remodel it! His estimates are competitive and his company's professionalism and quality performance are a terrific value!

He's reliable and he doesn't overcharge you. He shows up when he says he's coming.
