They responded quickly and told me what to do before they got here. Everything was gone over and checked for any remaining bugs. Passwords were changed and I was given advice on how to help prevent this in the future. We have used On Spot Techs for several years. We get yearly maintenance on our devices from them which gives us peace of mind and it is done in our home so we don't have to take them anywhere. We highly recommend them for any tech concerns that might happen.

Had issue with computer running very slow. Nick came out and worked on computer for over an hour and decided it needed more test which would take longer so we decided that computer be taken in. Once computer was brought back there were still an issue. Computer taken in once again and Windows 10 was reinstalled and they let computer run for a day. Eric brought computer back today and adjusted invoice because problem was not solved but today he set everything up again and running like new. I appreciate the time Nick and Eric spend to get it up and running. My exprecience with this company has been excellent and hope to continue business with them for many years to come.

Eric arrived promptly, went right to work. Confirmed that my external back-up was adequate, straightened up the minor issues with no difficulty, and did a very thorough examination of my computer. I off-handedly mentioned a problem I was having getting my wifi in another part of the house. He was able to sell me an extender and recommend the best place for it, after which I had no trouble accessing Amazon, Netflix, etc. The cost for the service included the $50 extender, and a discount for being a repeat customer. He was at the house for about 2 hours. I've done business with On Spot Techs over a period of years (saw them initially on Angie's List) and always been very satisfied with their service. I recommend them unconditionally!

Fantastically well!! Eric did a check-up of my whole computer and found that it was in good shape. He fixed several minor annoying things, put Ad Blocker on my computer, got rid of some things I didn't need, and attached my external hard drive to back up my "stuff". I had been having a problem with my Amazon Fire Stick often cutting out on me. He determined that my WiFi signal was having to travel too far, and installed a device to extend the signal, and I haven't had a problem since. Can't say enough good things about his company. I've been using them for several years, and never been disappointed in their service. Their price of $85 an hour is better than several of the commercial places around (not naming names!), and their ad for a reduced rate that appeared on Angie's List was what brought me to them to begin with. They have my heartiest recommendation!!

Chad, the tech that came out, was very good. He knew what he was doing, was professional, and very nice. He did a great job updating our computer and setting up backups. Offered different ways to pay to give me more for my money.

Great! The tech checked it out, and we discussed the pros and cons of keeping/replacing. I decided to have them replace the tower with one they had refurbished. It was very reasonably priced, and I've been quite happy with it.

Chris did the work quickly and solved my problems.

The technician arrived right on time and was very courteous and professional. He looked at what my computer was doing and was able to quickly diagnose that the computer was OK, but the circuit board in my wireless mouse was bad. Easy fix. He also cleaned up a few other little nits I wanted taken care of. I am very satisfied with the service.

From Chris who is my tech to Eric who is the owner I have had extremely positive experiences. I also get both computers tuned-up every six months which provides great confidence in the operation of the laptops. I was able to transition from older operating systems to Windows 10 without any issues that you hear about all of the time. Having On Spot on retainer is just like having good car and home insurance.

The technician arrived right on time and was excellent. He quickly figured out that my computer was OK but my wireless mouse was bad. He gavwe me a recommendation (which I took) for a new type of wireless mouse. I bought one later and like it very much. The technician also gave my computer an overall cleaning while he was here and fixed the connection to my scanner which was down. I am very happy with the results of this service.

The tech was able to diagnose the problem and replace the bad power supply. Our computer is up and running again. We were really pleased with the service we received.

Chris always exceeds my expectations, doing more than I even knew I needed. I was having problems with a particular online site, and he diagnosed the problem to be the site and not my computer, but he gave me a workaround that solves it. He also asked questions about how I use my computer and made other helpful suggestions of things that I wasn't even aware of. I am not at all technical myself so I rely on On Spot Techs for all my technology needs. I highly recommend them!

The tech provided a couple solutions that we did later that helped our problem. Was surprised though when he asked for additional money.

Went well. Also cleaned up the computer and installed Malwarebytes.

Steve came over and completed the work of getting my printer / scanner aligned to both of my laptops in less than an hour. He also helped me block ads and gave me a couple of tech suggestions for future purchases. Only additional payment made was for sales tax. I would hire him and Spot Techs again.
