We had to call the BBB about them. We were new to the house in June and in November and we noticed a lot of water had collected in the corner of the lot. It turned out that the pump was never shut off and it froze up and broke the line so it was leaking. They said they sent us a card to make an appointment to have the water shut off but we didn't get one. They admitted in Nov they were wrong but in spring they would replace the pump. In spring they replaced the pump but they charged us! We pushed the issue and got a reduction on bill.
