The team has cleaned our home four times now and has done an excellent job. The team leader has been the same each time but some of the assistants change from time to time. But the have all been thorough and professional and very personable. I have recommended them to several friends as well.

We contacted Mika from outside the state to clean our parent's home to get it ready for the market.  She was very professional on the phone and really worked hard to please me.  Since we could not review their work ourselves, I had a neighbor check in on the house.  She reported that all looked sparkling clean.  I appreciate the effort and the service  I would recommend them for a one time cleaning or and on going service.

I was stuck on a tight timeline and they were gracious and professional in finding a way to fit me into their busy schedule. The work done was impeccable. I will definitely be using them in the future. Highly Reccommend!!!!

I hired them to do a deep clean after months of very poor cleaning due to pregnancy bed rest followed by postpartum rest. The crew arrived right on time and they were very professional. The job was done in about 3 hours, with a very dirty and grimey 2300sqft home. They made an effort to get all of the dog hair out of all the nooks and crannies - NOT easy with 2 labs. They even tidied up, like making my son's bed and re-shelving his pile of books. The owner came by at the end to evaluate the job and help with some missed spots. I noticed a few missed things after the crew left, like a ceiling fan which was missed and had dust / cobwebs - but it was ON while they were cleaning that room. Despite a few missed spots here and there, this is the cleanest my house has been in over a year. I'd definitely hire again. Fyi for people hiring in the future - cash or check, no credit cards.

This is the second time we have used them.  The first time (in March 2015), they were hired to do a deep clean of my home.  They came on time, were very professional and did the most complete cleaning I have ever seen.  They cleaned the floors (wood and tile), blinds, inside the refrigerator (!!), impossible-to-clean glass shower enclosure, inside our non self-cleaning oven, walls, ceiling fans, etc.  I have used other cleaning services before -- in several different cities -- but Oakwood Cleaning did the best job I have ever seen -- better than I could ever do myself. The house felt different!  I had them return 2 weeks later and they, again, did a fantastic job.  Soon after, my daughter-in-law came to visit and said "This house looks spotless!"  She is a neat freak and has never, ever that anything like that.

It went great! My house is sparkling!! We needed a deep clean, because we are showing the house to sell it soon and they did an excellent job. The owner even stopped by after the job and checked out the house to be sure I was satisfied, and all surfaces were cleaned. I was so impressed! We will definitely use them in the future even for regular cleanings!

They did an outstanding job.  They called because they were having some car issues, but did get to my house within about 45 minutes. They immediately started cleaning and did a thorough job and also brought their own supplies.  I would use their services in the future and would recommend them to others as well.

Mika and Alicia are timely and communicate well. This has been my best cleaning service/person yet. My house is cleaned regularly and the team is efficient.

Our house just went through major remodel every room was touched. I hired for a top to bottom clean and then was going to have them come on a weekly basis. We had a cleaning service but with two children now her schedule didn't exactly work anymore for us (3 to 9pm). I hired oakwood cleaning services and only had them for the top to bottom clean preformed. I will say that they showed up on time and were courteous. They cleaned the attic room which was the most dusty room left in the house (although I had my husband wipe it down the day before they came because it was the only room that hadn't been touched in the house by another construction cleaning service) the 2nd story in with two bathrooms and I had them not touch 1 out of four bedrooms and just wipe the blinds in two of the other bedrooms and the 1st story. I wasn't impressed and wouldn't hire them back again for the money. There was no deep cleaning done it was all surface cleaning and that wasn't even preformed well. For example if I wanted someone just to swifter the baseboards I would do it myself I guess I expected a more I had to re clean kitchen floor as soon as they left as there was junk left in corners baseboards weren't wiped down ( I could tell because coffee that my one year old got ahold off that am which I quickly cleaned was still on baseboard), dog hair still on ground in bedrooms dust on moldings, the blinds were barely wiped down, hardwood streaked, didn't even wipe of glass on the wine refrigerator And there was still smudges on the stove outside. I felt as if they rushed and for the amount of money it wasn't worth it. I rather go back to my old service who did less but what they did do wAs perfection and I didn't have to re do it. Now I give them credit as we just were moving back into our house some things were still in way but rooms that didn't were still not cleaned well (or how I would clean) ie bathroom weren't scrubbed around handles etc.

I have limited mobility so I can not do my own cleaning or go after them to get what they miss. Especially the ceramic tile in the laundry
room, kitchen and front hall. Over the year they became dirtier not cleaner. I complained to the cleaners and owner. They would use a new machine the next time they came but it never worked. In the kitchen they rarely cleaned the floor under the over hang of the cabinets. My cane would then pick up that dirt and spread it. I was paying $90 for two cleaners to stay for an hour and a half.  By the time i canceled the service they were in and out in an hour or less. My new cleaners took 3 hours for two cleaners to make a dent in the dust, dirt, spider "castles" left by Oakwood  Cleaning Service. The OCS owner offered to come and clean herself. I declined given their record over the last year. Their staff was always in a rush to get to the next house and, I as I discovered, taking short cuts to be able to clean one more house per day.. $168 later most of their left over mess is gone.

It was great. They were fast but not so fast that they missed anything. They cleaned our house top to bottom and left it sparkling and smelling fresh. I asked if they would make sure a few specific things got done, and they definitely listened. They are great to work with and easy to talk to . I will definitely be using them again!

They are always on time and do a great job. I am never been disappointed with the work that they do.

Oakwood Cleaning Service is a very professional, polite and customer service oriented company.  They did an amazing job with my house ...  very thorough and cleaned areas that had been neglected for several months.  I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again.

I can't say enough good things about these folks!  I had contacted two other top-rated cleaning companies who had declined to take on the job of defrosting my chest freezer.  Mika's son, Malachi, did a fantastic job: when he was finished, my freezer looked brand new.  Before he left, he made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work that was done.  They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job.  I thought that the price of $60 plus tax was more than fair.  I will definitely use this provider the next time I need help with a cleaning job.

Mika the owner and her assistant came for the cleaning. I called the day before and requested if  and they can come the next day. They did come the next day. I appreciate the promptness. They did an excellent job cleaning all the bathrooms and the kitchen and hardwood floors.

Mika visited our house to give an estimate on the cost. She adjusted the cleaning time to fit our schedule even though it was very short notice. On the actual day, the cleaning person came to the house on time. After some time, Mika and Elisha joined the cleaning operation. They were very good in cleaning the house. In a few cases, my wife wanted some places to be cleaned again. They were very happy to comply with my wife's request. We were really happy with the cleaning and would hire them again.

Mika came out to give the estimate.  She is both personable and professional.  Her staff showed up punctually the following Tuesday to do the cleaning.  When I got back home, I felt like I was in a new house.  Everything sparkled!  We had not had much luck with our two previous cleaners - one kept raising the price on us, and the other just did not know how to clean.  The ladies who came in were outstanding.  They are going to continue to clean on a biweekly basis for $140.  We live in a ranch which is approx. 2600 sq ft on the ground level.  The price I was quoted was the price I was charged.

this is my third cleaning service, and by far the best. I do not have a large nor lavish home. There are not a lot of knick knacks that need to be moved around, however I was finding it very hard to get some of the basic cleaning done by prior providers. I also have a very high shine floor in my home and like for it to stay shiny without streaking. Other providers were not able to do that. Oakwood cleaning service has been able to deliver on that promise of keeping my floors shiny. They also dust baseboards and picture frames. I would recommend them.

Oakwood Cleaning Service does a very good job.  The cleaning crews are professional, thorough, and follow the directions/instructions we provide.  On the rare occasion something was missed, we told them about it and never had to mention it again.  It was always taken care of from that point forward.  
The owner is very hands-on and stopped by numerous times to make sure we were happy with the service and to make sure her crew was delivering excellent service.  That's almost unheard of these days, so we highly recommend hiring Oakwood Cleaning Service.  
There may be slightly cheaper options, but in the end you get what you pay for.  In the past we used Patti-Maids and Molly-Maids.  They were adequate but more expensive and lacked the personal touch of a locally-owned business dedicated to making its customers happy.  Don't look any futrher...give Oakwood Cleaning Service a call.  You won't be disappointed.
