From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, Jodi worked with me very carefully.  She understood that I am an off site landlord, so I relied on her to get the very confusing details straight for building and apartment entry-she was wonderful.  She quoted me a price based on my number of rooms and square footage description.  When they arrived at the apartment, they discovered that I had underestimated the space and called me right away to let me know so I would not be surprised with the price change.  The end result was great -my tenant advised that the carpet looks fresh, smells great and is as clean as a whistle.  Even though my former tenant was immaculate with the apartment and vacuumed the carpet constantly, a significant amount of cat hair and dander came out of the carpet-if you have carpeting that you really want cleaned down to the nub, in an environmentally friendly manner, without damaging the carpet fibers, then I would highly recommend Natural Solutions!

They are terrific, have used them for 2-3 years now.  Just the way they use a chemical free solution, that is why, the carpets dried in about an hour.  They were so professional.  They did excellent spot removal.  They have hyper allergenic  solutions.  That was one of the reasons I used them.  They were "green".  I am environmentally friendly.  They work on Saturdays, and they tell you when they are on their way.  I have had more than one of their representative from that company and they have all been very professional.

I had 5 rooms carpets cleaned.  I am on the whole chair and attract a lot from the outside.  I also have a dog and hence wanted to have my carpets cleaned before the holidays.  They came out, cleaned the five areas, they did a remarkable job and were able to clean majority of the stains.  Some stains were so deep that they came back again in a month’s time to clean again.  They were upfront and used a solution which they sprayed on the carpet and later went on top of it with a blower that had special pads; which removed the stains completely.  As far as I know they are the only people who do this kind of a job.  I dealt with his wife over the phone and on the appointment day it was her husband and son who came.  They were extremely professional and uniformly dressed.  I will continue to use his services in the future.
