This is the second time we've used Mark Bartoe (My Tech Guy) to help with computer problems. In addition to removing viruses/malware and offering suggestions to improve speed he built a new tower for my husband at half the cost of a store bought one. It's been working great for close to a year.
The most recent service Mark provided was both my husband's tower and my laptop had malware. Mine was so bad I was unable to access the internet. Mark fixed both computers. He's great to work with, easy to talk to, answers all our "dumb" questions, and at a great price. He also came out within a day or so of being called both times. We've told all our friends about Mark, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him on Angie's List.
