The only moderate surprise was that I was using 60 months same-as-cash financing and the lender requested I pay 25% or the purchase price up front and allowed me to finance the rest. We negotiated somewhat less than a 25% down payment, and arranged for free delivery and setup. The delivery personnel were on time and professional and repaired two small scratches in the DR chairs on their truck. I later noticed a small scratch in the Curio Cabinet and Morris sent someone to make the repairs within a reasonable amount of time convenient to my schedule.
