Really like this company. We have a leak of Freon in our a/c (heat too since we have geothermal). They advised the leak was too small to spend the time and money to locate. Advised that we keep track of the next time we need Freon so we can monitor the leak. It may be 2 years before we experience this again. Once the leak is large enough to pinpoint., then a repair will be made.

It was a very hot day and our AC just stopped working. They were at the house within a few hours of our call and quickly diagnosed and repaired the failed capacitor. Prior to this our only dealing with Morland was to purchase a new igniter for our furnace.

Jerry Morland is professional and does a wonderful job. We have had no problems, and he was quick to address any questions we had (even when they were stupid questions). I would recommend him for any major or minor HVAC work.

THE AC QUIT WORKING AND THEY WERE QUICK TO SEND OUT A REPAIR MAN. HE HAD EVERYTHING HE NEEDED WITH HIM AND WAS ABLE TO HAVE IT UP AND RUNNING IN JUST OVER AN HOUR. IT HAS BEEN GOING STRONG SINCE HIS VISIT.
