muffler repair
 + -1 moreSent a request for an appt to change oil & rotate tires via their online schedule an appointment. After over 24 hours, no one called to confirm like they are supposed to. So I called and got the usual meaningless apology, was told he was the best mechanic in Dayton (yea, right), that we can schedule the appt now. Sorry, but if you're too busy to followup on electronic appts, what excuse will you give when I am waiting for my work to be done. So the mechanic tells me that I am welcome to go elsewhere. Yes, IMHO that was the "best" suggestion he could've made. I went elsewhere. If you want slow, go here.
