They did an EXCELLENT job taking down the tree. They were to come back and grind out the stump. They never showed up.
We have called repeatedly and no one will return our calls.
The work they did was excellent. I wanted them to complete the job. I did not pay them to grind the stump but I did receive a quote and was assured they would return to do that.

They did the whole job in about an hour and a half, which included total clean-up. Everything was left perfect. This was done at the edge of our pool and yet hardly any leaves fell into our pool! We were very impressed!

We have worked with Woody's for many years and have always had an exceptionally good experience. Gary is conscientious, listens and has been very fair with pricing. He has absolutely saved several of our large evergreens. This time he was not on sight for much of the time and the lead trimmer was rude, dismissive and confrontational. When Gary was finally called (by his worker) the issue was resolved and the work was completed to our satisfaction. I would definitely use Woody's services again however i will make sure to be onsight when the work is completed and would prefer not to have the same worker do the project. Gary (the owner) is always wonderful to work with.
