Outstanding work on both projects. Jeff Krznarich completed both with absolute professionalism, great communication, keeping me the customer informed of the status, performed all requests on time. I was absolutely 100% happy with both projects and would definitely consider his company for further work. A++++

They inspected the house and set the traps around the hose. After a couple of weeks the raccoon was trapped and taken away. The end.

We called Miami Valley Wildlife Control in early March. They sent a technician out that same day and placed a trap on the roof in front of the hole the raccoons had torn in the gable vent.  A raccoon was caught that night and they came out and got the trap the next day and replaced it with an empty trap. The next day that trap was gone and not replaced.  About a week and a half later I received  a call from the technician asking if we had heard any more activity, which we had and  was told he would bring out another trap and place it on the roof. An early spring snowstorm happened and it took another week for the technician to return and place a trap on the roof. Another raccoon was caught and they did not return the next day.  After another day I called the technician and left a message on his voicemail telling him there was a raccoon in the trap.  Still no appearance to take away the animal.  The next day, Saturday, I tried calling the technician and received no answer.  So I called the owner of the company and left a message that a trapped raccoon had been on my roof for three days.  Later that day someone came and got the trap.  After more phone calls and delays the technician brought another trap and placed it on the roof. Another raccoon was caught.  He told us that was all of them and we closed up the gable vent with wire mesh so they couldn't get back in.  That night we heard a racoon in the attic.  They came back out, opened up the area and put up another trap. Unfortunately we heard this for days while the trap remained empty.  The technician tried to get into the attic from inside the house but this turned out not to be possible.  Eventually a raccoon showed up in the trap, the technician came to get it and repaired the gable covering.  We haven't heard any more raccoons.   Although I thought it took an awfully long time for this process to complete and there were some glitches I was generally pleased and would use them again if necessary.

Very prompt and friendly service!  Took care of our unwanted guest (skunk) living under our porch.  It took a few trips and had to have the trap moved, but we got it!!  Weather changes interfered in most of the process, but it all worked out.  Very happy with the work and would use them again.

We had a hole in the corner of our house up near the roof and so we looked up on Angie's List this company. The guys sent out was very friendly and set up some traps in the attic as well as one near the downspout. After catching 2 racoons  on the ground over a week or so, they decided it was time to seal the whole. After doing so, we heard scratching up in the roof near the whole (which was over our bedroom). They came out a few days later and by that time, the squirrels that were trapped up there had opened a whole in the other side of the house. The company came out then a put a  trap next to that whole and then caught a squirrel in around an hour.
After that things got bad: They put cardboard up to see if something was still going in and out. I called and told them it was. They said repeatedly that they would come out and put another trap out saying "We'll be out this evening" but would never show up. No phone call or notice. They simply would not show up. Only once they did show up to a locked gate, but never called to ask us to unlock it.  Then they would never pick up when I called the serviceman that was supposed to show up and even calls and messages to the owner would not be answered. After 7 days with an open hole on my roof on the other side and 500$ down the drain, I left a message for the owner telling them if they didn't come out that weekend we would have to go with a different company. Still no phone call returned and then over a week after that phone call, they came out to pick up their trap and the money we owed them.
My conclusion is they are nice guys, but Very Unprofessional! I would never dream of failing to return a call for a whole 2 weeks or telling a client I would show up tonight and then never coming or calling to give a reason for days. I would recommend going with a different company or doing the trapping yourself unless you are very patient.

Jeff was wonderful!  We had several raccoons that had taken up residency under our deck, along with an opposum.  He was there every day, was extremely responsive, and we would definitely use him again.  He even gave us some great pointers to make sure we were protected from additional damage (recommended taking a few trees out so they couldn't get into our attic).

see above.My only issue was the price and they were upfront about the price, no hidden charges, so it was my decision to use them. I did receive a 25 dollar check for mentioning Angies list.

Jeff is awesome.  My first contact with him was on the phone a couple of years ago when I found mice in my new house and was freaking out on a Friday night.  Looked for pest control resources online and called Jeff on Saturday.  He gave me great advice, very patiently, and suggested regular traps from Lowes/HomeDepot to take care of the problem myself.  Refused to accept payment for his time and advice.  Advice was great, I caught one mouse that very night and another the next night.
In Spring 2011, after a pretty crazy winter, I saw raised dirt in my yard and assumed I had mole(s).  Looked for mole advice online, gave up, and called Jeff.  Jeff came out right away, spent almost a half-hour walking around my yard and educating me on habitats and details of various critters.  Confirmed that raised dirt was mole(s) and set up two traps.  Taught me about miole habits.  Refused to accept payment until he caught something.  I checked the traps every day for a while, but they didn't spring.  Soon I forgot about them, especially since there were no new signs of moles.  Fast forward to this spring, noticed the traps while cutting grass.  They still hadn't sprung, but there were no signs of critters in the yard either.  I felt bad (and guilty) about hogging Jeff's traps for almost a year and gave him a call.  He came to my house, did another detailed inspection of my yard, and removed the traps.  Refused to accept payment.  Asked me to have him come out periodically to check up on yard, especially since new construction behind my house is displacing a lot of wildlife.  Also gave me great DIY advice on improving a few areas of my fence.

They responded right away, but then they left us with a trap here and we didn’t hear from them for a long time and they finally came back.  He did a good job but he doesn’t respond like he came in put the traps and then disappeared.  The cost wasn’t a problem.   I would probably use them in the future.

Only three hours after my call, Jeff was at my house, setting traps in the dark and in the rain.  That night, two raccoons were trapped.  I called Jeff the next morning.  While I was at work, he removed the animals and set new traps.  The next night, another raccoon and a possum were caught.  Again, Jeff removed the animals the next day and set new traps.  No other animals were caught after the second night and the raccoons were no longer under our deck.  Jeff explained in detail how to seal the deck to avoid another problem.  He also explained how to look for claw marks, droppings, and other signs that raccoons are around.  When he came to pick up the empty traps, he checked our deck repairs and thought they were adequate to keep them out in the future.   I have not seen any evidence that the raccoons have returned under my deck, so I believe the problem has been solved. 

I was extremely happy with my experience.  Jeff was very responsive, knowledgeable, and successful in getting rid of the raccoon problem.  If I have any problems in the future, Miami Valley Wildlife Control will be the only company I'll call.

I was absolutely satisfied with the service.  They did exactly what they promised.
