Miami Valley Roof Cleaning

We were getting a house ready for sale.  The inside of the house was completely refurbished and looked beautiful, but the roof had the ugly black streaks which made it look old and nasty.  With the roof looking like it needed to be replaced, we weren't sure what our asking price would be.  I decided to try cleaning it.  I called Mark Brainard of Miami Valley Roof Cleaning.  He promptly came and gave us an estimate, and explained the process.  I said OK, and wanted it done ASAP since we were ready to call a realtor to put it on the market.  Mark came the next day and did his magic.  The roof looked great, and now the whole house looked great!  I immediately came up with a selling price which was $6,000 more than we were originally considering. 
The realtor put up the sale sign, two days later we had an offer.  If you are disgusted with your ugly roof, or planning to sell your house and the roof looks shabby, then I highly recommend you have it cleaned.
