He came and did just that. He was very professional, explaining the job thoroughly. He and partner cleaned up well. I was very satisfied with their work. Next day, I noticed a cracked storm window. After notifying him of this, he explained it may have been his partner and would be glad to take the window for repair. The repair and re-insert was done within a week.
