Appliance Repair
They told me it would take about seven days and they would call me with an estimate and diagnosis. After waiting well beyond that time frame, they still never called me to tell me the problem. I decided to call them. They did call me and ask me if I wanted it fixed or even give me a quote. This made me feel disrespected and used. They apologized to me over and over when I went to pick it up, but I would not use them again. The price was not reasonable at all either.
