MARSH BUILDING PRODUCTS

Windows have not been installed I have ordered 4 replacement windows I ordered them 9/12 they came in 4 weeks no one called to tell me. I called the fifth week nobody called to tell me. No one told me that I had to put the down payment down once the windows came in . After the 4 weeks I was also told that I need to call their installer who works under the name Our House. I waited 2 weeks and no one had contacted me. When I did call I was told that I had not paid for windows. I called company that told man I did not pay and I paid. When I called to let them know the windows were paid for he told me that i owed him 968. I did call at least 3 weeks ago to get a date and I was told that it could be next week or the week after. They have poor communication and I would not recommend them. I feel that i have been pushed to the bottom of the orders. I asked the guy that does the installation about giving notice when they are going to do it and I have not heard a thing.

It was a great experience working with Marsh and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good "bang for your buck" cabinet.

I'M REALLY HAPPY THAT WE HIRED MARSH BUILDING PRODUCTS TO PUT IN OUR NEW DOORS. THEY HAD A HUGE VARIETY OF DOORS FOR US TO CHOOSE FROM, AND WE FOUND ALMOST EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. I WAS REALLY SURPRISED AT HOW QUICK THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE.
