He came out and gave me an estimate. He told me what he could and could not do. He made suggestions. He went plastering the walls of the garage and doing painting as well. He did an excellent job. My garage looks phenomenal. He was able to texture the walls and he hit a lot of things but we got rid of the crack issues. He double coated everything and trimmed everything up real nice. He went above and beyond. I think he may have shorted himself a little bit on the estimate because I do not think he realized how much work was involved. We ended up working that out at the end too, so he was happy and I was happy. I would use his services again in the future. I was thinking about having our shed repainted and I was giving him next ring and have him come out and give me a price on that.

Whew! Did this guy have a time of it! My garage walls were cracked, buckled and needed paint. I had old shelves and cabinets that had years of varnish covering them. After having my garage floor torn out and re-poured (another story) I decided to have my garage interior painted. Mark suggested using a texture added to the paint to cover a multitude of "sins". After doing some minor patchwork to the walls and ceiling, he used a "popcorn" type of additive in the paint and the results are amazing. My garage looks like new! The additive took almost twice as much paint (because it really thickens it up) but the cost was worth it. He also sanded my shelves/cabinets and primed and painted them as well. It looks GREAT! The entire job took 3 days but I'm very pleased and plan to have him back to do some exterior painting on my shed.
