Our office building has a large number of modern replacement windows ( vinyl frames with double panes of glass. We are also in a neighborhood where there is occasional vandalism, so once in a while a window gets broken. Lumpkin's removed repaired and reinstalled our window promptly, and at a very reasonable fee.
I will DEFINITELY use LUMPKIN'S again (when the next heathen strikes!).
P.S. The reason that it took me such a long time to post a review is that I just (today) joined Angie's List
(on my daughter's recommendation). I wanted to post this earlier... but only members can post.

I took the piece in and got an estimate. They called a couple of weeks later and it was exactly as quoted. The mirror looks fabulous once again. I liked them so much that I am using them for another project I have going in the bathroom.

The kids broke an old (original) garage window pane. Lumpkin's was out the next day and replaced the pane. this was the smaller top part of the window. The kids broke the bottom pane playing soccer the next day and they replaced that as well. Excellent company to deal with.
