Very happy with the quality of the doors and the installation. Pella sent the wrong entry door and Lowe's ordered a new door within 4 weeks.

The first sales person I worked with wasn't at all knowledgeable regarding the differences in shutters and couldn't advise me on the advantages and disadvantages of the different materials.

THE CREW WORKED QUICKLY AND HAD THE JOB DONE IN NO TIME. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND PROMPT. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED THEY VACUUMED AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THEY WERE OKAY, BUT NOT EXTRAORDINARY. THEY CAME ON TIME AND GOT THE WORK DONE WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE WORK THEY DID WAS GOOD. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

THEY WERE FRIENDLY, PUNCTUAL, AND EXPERIENCED. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF INSTALLATION. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED, THEY VACUUMED AND LEFT THE ROOM CLEAN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

I HAVE METAL DOOR FRAMES AND SO IT MADE IT A COMPLICATED JOB. THE WORKERS THAT LOWE'S SENT OUT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. THEY WERE ABLE TO DO EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO.

EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS FINE. THEY WERE CLEAN PEOPLE AND DID NOT MAKE A MESS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARPET. I THINK THEY DID A PERFECT JOB.
