Very professional.

I have lived in the Dayton area for a very long time and worked with wide variety of contractors. Rarely would i ever give any a 5 star rating,that is just not realistic. As usual there were a couple snags along the way. What separates the men from the boys is whether or not they fix/resolve to your satisfaction. This outfit did that. All is well that ends well and that is the bottom line.

This company did an outstanding job removing a large stump from a tree. I received immediate attention after I called them. Brian came out and did an excellent job removing the stump and cleaning up the entire area. I would definitely recommend this business for superior work quality at an affordable price.

Poor quality of work. Sub-contracted cement work- used old steps that did not meet codes. When it rains a puddle forms from not being formed correctly. The hand railing is made from 2 boards and is not stable. I had to contact him several times that the job was not completed. He left large cement pieces in the yard. He left several spots that needed raked, after the cement was set up dried did not come back to inspect the work.

Gave a call to the pro and they were close by in the area already working. They gave me a call, I sent them a pic of what I needed done, they gave me a quote which I agreed to and they came that day after a few hours and did the job.

L & L Lands, LLC crew had more equipment than I expected for the job. The Bobcat and Backhoe had rubber tracks, so it would not damage the lawn. My trees required expertise removal to avoid damaging fences, roofs, and shed. The crew has expertise in different areas of tree service and it was quite noticeable as they guided trees and large branches safely to the ground. The crew was professional, respectful, focused, and cleaned up immediately as they finished cutting down trees and branches as well as chipped the smaller branches. They hauled away the larger branches from my yard and my neighbors' yards. The day they came to do the job, it was in 90's. The crew remained hydrated and completed the job and clean-up (all yards) in 3.5 hours. My neighbors and I are pleased with the clean-up and tree service. I've receive so many compliments on my trees since the job. Excellent job! Thank you Lucas and crew!!!

They were very curtious. And they respected the yard . They removed all the debris. They had a good working crew. He was quick to respond . He was here in 45 minutes .
