Frankly, we use them because they are closer to us.  They are responsive if we have a problem; they are good about coming out.  We have a salt water system is our pool that they installed, but they don’t specialize in that so they are not very knowledgeable about the salt water system.  So if something goes wrong, or if we have a question, or we need our water tested for salt, they don’t do it.  I end up going down to a different pool store farther away for those services.  I would appreciate it if they were more knowledgeable and have better services regarding salt water systems.  It's very popular in the south for people who have their pools open for more than just 5 months a year.  The salt water system is a system that creates chlorine, but we don’t have to add chlorine.  The machine makes the chlorine like adding salt like you would for your soft water.  It's very efficient, but unfortunately the pool companies make their money off of selling chlorine.  They don’t have an incentive to push the salt systems because they make their money off the chlorine company.

I used someone else who came and fixed the problem. It needed a new computer. Person was quick an professional. Cost about $350.00. I just need to find that person again.

THIS COMPANY HAS GREAT IDEAS AND SOLUTIONS FOR POOL AND SPA OWNERS. EVERY TIME THAT I GO IN THERE THEY HAVE ANSWERS FOR OUR PROBLEMS. THEY EVEN GIVE YOU DISCOUNTS FOR BUYING CHEMICALS THERE.
