Came out the same day and provided quality service. This is the third time I've used JTJ and they are always very professional and courteous. Simply put they are amazing and they are the only plumbers I use.

Over the last year I have used JTJ Plumbing numerous times to help me update/remodel a 1942 home. They have replaced all my plumbing, as well as install cabinets and hardware, open drains, install appliances, etc. Their work is excellent and their demeanor is always delightful and professional.
I have found them willing to go out on the limb to help in an emergency. At 8:15 on a Saturday night, I discovered my basement floor covered in water from a malfunctioning valve on a hot water heater. I immediately called JTJ and they were at my house in 10 minutes. They quickly assessed the situation, made a quick run to Home Depot (and got there before they closed at 9:00 pm) and came back and fixed the problem for me. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated their willingness to help that night.
If you need a plumber, don't hesitate to use this company. They are ethical and professional and their work is excellent.

We thought the at the quality of work done by JTJ Plumbing and Home Services was very good. The only thing that I would say is that they can take a few days to get back to us but when they do come, they do a good job. They were friendly and they do good work. We have been happy with the work they have done. I would recommend them just that they wouldn't be good for emergencies.

We heard of him through a friend. He is friendly and competent. If it is a real emergency, he comes as soon as he can. If it is not life or death he makes an appointment. He works part time elsewhere, but he does have a crew. He is personable. When he does the work, he does a good job at it. He gives free estimates. He does residential plumbing, repair, and drain cleaning. His crew also works on the plumbing for new houses. He is down home friendly. He does not leave you clueless. If you ask questions, he will answer them.
