JOHNNYS CARPET CLEANING

Third time we’ve used Johnny’s Carpet Cleaning—-always pleased with their professionalism, quality, and price. Chris and Cody are very personable—always enjoy our conversations as they work (they don’t make me feel like I’m in the way). I especially like that we do not have to do lots of prep prior to their arrival. They move furniture, rugs, etc. as needed (no extra charge), and all we do the next day is remove the styrofoam squares placed under furniture while carpet dries. They’ve very patient with pets, too!

It went very well.  We are very pleased with the area rugs.  They wall to wall carpeting had some years on it, but we just needed to have clean carpet before moving in the next afternoon.

Their price is right and they are very honest. If you see anything that needs to be re-done he comes back and will fix it immediately.

We had just closed escrow on our home. Our realtor recommended Johnny's. I called over to see if I could get an appointment prior to moving all of my furniture in. They were able to come out that afternoon! They were quick and it looked great. We let the carpets dry over night and they were fine by morning. Fast, friendly, quality customer service.

The entire process went very well from booking the job by phone to delivery of the service at my home. I am very satisfied with Johnny's performance and will use them again whenever I need a carpet cleaned.

They quoted an average price for cleaning but after adding the stain guard protection, it was very competitive. Other companies quoted a lower price but then had a more expensive final price with the stain guard. I liked Johnny's pricing better and felt it was more honest. They also charged less than what we quoted after they measured the house. Great job the first time but even came back a couple days later to hit a few stubborn stains again. Very friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend them.

He was excellent. The owner did the work and he was very professional.

They charge by the square foot cleaned, and were careful to recommend cleaning where it was needed, and not to pressure me to clean where it was not. They are willing to move furniture to clean under it, but point out that this may not need cleaning. I felt they used good judgment in their recommendations. We discussed scotch guarding the carpet, and came to the conclusion, based on my lifestyle, that it was not justified. A pleasant contrast to an earlier experience with another company years ago that tried to low-ball the estimate and pressure my wife into everything. These people are good. A pleasure to do business with!

JOHNNYS IS A REGULAR, SMALL COMPANY THAT WORKS REAL HARD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR FINE SERVICES TO EVERYONE. EVERY STAIN THAT WE HAD IN THE RUGS CAME OUT, SO MY WIFE WAS HAPPY.

THEY ARE A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS. THEY REMEMBERED US AFTER SIX YEARS. IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH A SPOT, THEY COME RIGHT BACK AND CLEAN IT. THEY ARE VERY GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THE PRICE IS BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE ROOMS. THEY PICK THE TIME AND ARE USUALLY ON TIME. THEY ARE REAL NICE GOOD PEOPLE. I WOULD SAY YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY.

THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND FAST. THEY HAVE A GOOD WORK ETHIC AND DON'T MAKE ANY UNNECESSARY MOVES. THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
