I did not have an appointment, and just drove right up. I waited inside. They have a television, and magazines. The lobby is comfortable, and they offer coffee, and water. They are not pushy with trying to up sell items. They also gave me a coupon book for me to use. They always help me out when I need it, and I have never had a problem.
