I called last Friday and was told they could be out Monday. Monday when they didn't show up I called and they were apologetic and said someone had been on vacation Friday and whoever filled in hadn't set up the appointment correctly. Quintin came on Wednesday, gave me an estimate and returned Thursday to do the work. He was done in less time than he'd thought it would take, the outlets look fine, and he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire him again.

The 'no ground' problems took a lot of digging to find the problem, but he stuck with it until he got it done. The don't charge by the hour, but their rate is based on the job to be done, for example replacing an outlet is the same price whether it takes five minutes or twenty minutes. May seem like a more expensive way to go, but this way you know you aren't paying for wasted time drinking coffee, etc.

I THOUGHT THAT THE ELECTRICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE MADE IT CLEAR THAT IT WOULD PAY OFF IN THE LONG RUN TO INSTALL A GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT. THE WORK TOOK ONLY TWO HOURS, SO I THOUGHT THE COST WAS REASONABLE.
