The installation went well, The company personnel are professional, responsive and provided support prior to the installation of the units. I also wanted the capability to bypass soft water at my outside water faucets and the company provided the extra plumbing required to accomplish that capability. Overall the company product and service is excellent. Both the water softener and RO filtration system are working well. I would certainly consider the company for my future needs.

The service technician brought the unit out, connected it to our water, and showed us the control for turning the home's water off, bypassing the water softener (e.g., watering outside plants), and leaving the water softener on (i.e., all household water is soft water). He also showed us how to remove the water softener system from the closet (once the control is in the off or bypass position) and disconnect it in case we needed either our furnace or our water heater (who both reside in the same closet as the water softener) to be worked on so that that technician would have more room. It's still early in our ownership of our Kinetico water softening system and we haven't seen all the benefits of having softer water, but we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

They have a high installation cost and require a one year contract for the rental. The water softener was fair at best -over priced for the quality. Had to break the contract due to a relocation out of their service area and was required to pay out the remainder even though they could not provide service in the new area.

They did a great job! We had some problems with the first unit they put in, but they’ve since fixed everything perfectly. I had a high bacteria count in my well so it was important that we get sterilized water. Their reverse osmosis, sterilization systems, and water softener system have held up great and are almost zero maintenance. We’d definitely recommend them!

The installers showed up a little early (that's a switch!). They installed all the equipment expertly and even put the salt tank in the garage, eliminating dragging bags of salt to the basement. While a bit pricey, this is something one does every 25 years or so. --Worth the investment.

Choose a water softener from this company due to some of the features I liked. Installers were punctual and did a great job. About 2 months later I noticed water on the ground around the softener, and a quick call later the appointment was scheduled. They cme out, found the piece that had a problem and replaced it, all at 0 cost.

The salesperson was nice but didn't seem very knowledgeable when asked specific questions about their water filters. He wanted to explain why their product was better than their competitors but didn't seem to want to answer detailed questions about their systems. Also, when he tested our water he didn't explain what he was doing. He tested our water behind his briefcase, dumped it out, then started talking about thier water purification system. We knew we were going to purchase a system we just wanted to understand more about their system. Once we told him we were going to purchase a system he geared the conversation more towards what they had to offer.
As a bonus they installed a water osmosis system for the washing machine that somehow infuses oxygen into the water. It is supposed to clean the clothes using only cold water and no detergent. I was never able to get it to work such that my clothes smelled fresh. They did send a technician, free of charge, after our three-week check-up. However, eventually I disconnected it from the washer and started using warm water with detergent.

We did not use this company. They tried to sell us on the "quality" angle but we just felt we were being "sold" not informed.

In reference to your grade for "promptness", the sales rep recalls, although she was on time for your appointment in June, she had to wait about 30 minutes or so for your husband to get home and chatted with you while you cooked spaghetti. After last filter change, reverse osmosis water tasted off. Provider traced problem to a defective filter and replaced filter at no charge. Purchased water softner and reverse osmosis system in 2007. Would highly recommend this provider as they have always been responsive to any problem as it arose.

Responded quickly. Did not want to pay that much for a water softener, but explained the features, advantages, and benefits of their unit. I bought their top of the line unit. Our salt consumption is 70% less than the unit we had in our last home. I am very satisfied.

I called for service for the water softener because it was not regenerating automatically. The service person was prompt, courteous and showed up on time. I explained the problem with the softener and he tested the water, and said that there were no signs of hardness. I told him that I had manually regenerated the softener, so there were no problems with the water, but the unit was not regenerating itself. I had just purchased my house, and have never owned a water softener, but read the manual and knew that it should be regenerating itself. He looked at the unit, and connected the meter probe, and said that all I needed to do was add salt to a certain level, the unit will regenerate itself when needed.
A couple a months went by, and I kept checking to see if the softener needed salt, and it didn't. Three months went by, and I had not heard the unit regenerate, and still didn't need to add salt. So I called Integrity back to let them know that the unit is still not regenerating itself. The person I spoke to said that "it was working when the service person left my house three months ago, and there is probably something new wrong with it". I explained to him that it wasn't regenerating when I originally called, and he asked if the water was soft. I told him that I hadn't noticed anything wrong with the water, but again...the water wasn't the immediate problem. The problem is that the unit was not automatically regenerating. He said there would be another service call charge to come out to look at it. I objected because this is why I called them originally, but he condescendingly retorted that I should have been charged more for the last service call because they did some work on the system. I assume that the service technician only charged me for the service call (which was $39.99) because the "work" that he did on the unit was very minor. As stated on my service invoice - "the meter probe was not fully connected", and the service tech plugged it in - that was the extent of the "work".
I called another water softener company, and had to pay another service charge, but it was worth it. The other company said that my settings were incorrect, and that's why it wasn't regenerating itself. Integrity did not reset the settings during the service call, and hence did not fix the problem.
I do not recommend this company. The service price is half of the other companies, but it's not worth it. I especially do not recommend this company to women, given the condescending conversation I experienced in the after sale.

Was looking for a water softener and salesman wanted to add on a reverse osmosis system for another $2000.00 If I didn't have multiple upgrades I was doing at this house I would definitely consider their system!

The owner came out and checked water, confirming what i'd already checked with regard to hardness, rust, and hydrogen sulfide. Recommended a solution, including a reverse osmosis for drinking water. I'd already done my homework, so i knew he was giving me reasonable recommendations about the better ways to handle the odor in drinking water, and the nasty taste of softened water. And, that non-salt systems were not going to work with the usage patterns here.
The price was a little more than i had hoped, but i have no complaints. The installers came exactly on time, did all the required work, and told me about a problem i was having in the well pressure tank. He said that he could come back to fix it, but he also said he knew our usual plumber, who would do a good job as well. The installer had to go into our crawl space (spider den!) to get to the kitchen area, for the reverse osmosis line, so he did over and above as far as i'm concerned. The system works just as desired, and has removed the odors and hardness. The reverse osmosis system makes the water taste like --- NOTHING! Excactly as water should. Very happy with the work and the professionalism.

My recommendation is DO YOUR HOMEWORK before anybody comes for an estimate, then you know what questions to ask and whether they are giving you honest answers or not.

The salesman was nice and did the water test, though he was a bit gratuitous in his negative comments about other companies. The system seemed to be a good quality system, but the price of $4,000+ was more than we wanted to go with a new system, so we ended up going with a different vendor at about half the price.

We called them to get the estimate and came out the next day. They gave us the price and installed the next week. The installers did a great job and walked me through everything. They asked me where it needed to be installed. They were very polite and then they gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was working correctly. They showed me again how to work the filters. Great service.
