iheart cleaning

Cathy came on time to the initial assessment and was pleasant. Initially, the ladies (and occasional gentleman) did a good job cleaning though they arrived late and sometimes left early. We had requested at the initial interview that our sweeper be used (because of allergens). We were not at home when the first several cleanings were done so we assumed it was being used. When we were home and noticed it was not being used we requested its' use. I asked that my wood floors be cleaned under the furniture (there was clearance) and we were told our requests were unreasonable. There seemed to be several different employees that came through and the work was not good as time went on (floors not cleaned well, dusting not completed, shower mildew, stains and spots on areas that were supposedly cleaned etc). The staff was trustworthy, no horror stories though there were several broken items.

Cathy arrived a few minutes early to ensure punctuality, and Mandy and Ann arrived on time. They all got started right away, and they worked really hard to transform things that had been filthy into spotless items! Cathy also helped me organize some of my other items, and even gave me some new ideas on how to recycle and dispose of sensitive material to prevent identity theft.
When Cathy and Ann originally came to my home to give me an estimate, the estimate was for a set price. However, even though they didn't get finished with the work in the time they had planned, they still came back to finish the job at no extra cost to me, and they were happy to do so. They are huge on customer satisfaction!
I thought the price for the work I received was incredibly reasonable, and I appreciated how they did not try to rush through the job, but they also didn't just take their time. They were completely focused on doing an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning my home. They succeeded in doing an excellent job, and I even picked up some cleaning tips from them!
One last thing I want to add is that I KNEW that I could trust the ladies from iheart cleaning in my home. I've heard horror stories of items coming up missing after someone has cleaned, or helped someone move. I had no concern whatsoever about theft, lack of integrity, or betrayal of any confidence. I felt like I could have the dirtiest home in the land, but that Cathy and Mandy would look at it as a challenge, and an opportunity to help, but that I would never have to worry about any gossip floating around about anything concerning our business. These ladies are incredible, sweet, and truly professional. I cannot say enough good things about them! I plan to have them clean for me again, and I have already recommended them to several people.
