I think they do well with taking care of our animals and us. We've had to have a couple animals put down but they were very considerate and kind. They will call and follow up any time they take care of our animals. Their pricing is the same as everyone else. They are very accommodating and understanding of financial needs. They are very kind people and you can tell everyone here is an animal lover.

I had taken my pets there for years. I had a cat that developed a urinary problem. They kept insisting it was behavioral. It turned out to be much worse. One day he couldn't pee. I called to get him in and they refused to see him. They told me to go elsewhere. I immediately called another vet and they had me rush him in. Within 20 mins after arriving he was in emergency surgery. They said he would have died had I not gotten him in. I refused to go back to them after that. I had been going there for years.

The service has been very good. We have a difficult dog and they took good care of him. They were able to do the testing without any serious issues. The results have been explained to us clearly.

Everything went well. I will recommend them to my friends and family. I had taken one of my cats for an annual check-up around two weeks ago.

This is just one of many many times we've had a positive experience with HHAH. The staff and the doctors are all very professional and patient. The office staff is very informed and helpful and their prices are better than some. My only complaint is getting in and out of the parking lot! Dr. Shoemaker is an angel. We hope he never retires!

THIS KENNEL IS FANTASTIC. THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB OF CARING FOR ANIMALS. I TAKE MY DOG THERE BECAUSE THEY HAVE A VET AND WILL TAKE PETS ON SHORT NOTICE. THEY KEEP THE KENNELS CLEAN, WHICH MAKES ME HAPPY.
