It went very well. We chose Scott because when we called, he was the one who answered the phone. Other inspectors had answering services or voicemail. He was on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. He brought things to our attention that we would not have thought of ourselves. The report he provided was thorough and well done and had lots of pictures and details. We received the report within 24 hours. He has even been there to answer our questions weeks after the inspection. We highly recommend Scott and would higher him again if need be.

The inspection went great. Scott was professional and did a thorough job inspecting the entire home. He provided pictures of areas that may need to be repaired along with a detailed report of the inspection. He was very professional and courteous during the entire process. I would highly recommend him to family and friends and anyone else needing a home inspection.

Because of the size of the home and the number of items with problems, this inspection took almost 3 hrs. Scott was diligent and answered all of our questions. He often would come find us to explain a problem if we were in another part of the house. Explanations were often accompanied with suggestions for repairs. Scott was very responsive and helpful when we called with a question a few weeks later. We would definitely recommend Scott to anyone doing a home inspection and would use him again!
