They were very punctual. Joe and Jim Bruce were able to bring back the beauty in my floors. These floors were damaged from a flood in our home. They look new now and I am very, very pleased with their work. They came in an took over from a previous contractor who really did not know how to do floors. Joe and Jim removed closet hardware which had not been removed. They sanded the floors as they should have been. They are very hardworking and totally honest. I questioned them about an additional coat of polyurethane in the living and dining room. They said that it was not needed. A dishonest company would have gone ahead and applied another coat and charged me. These guys are wonderful. I will definitely bring them back. I highly recommend them!

Joe Bruce was quick to respond by phone and then came with in days to give an estimate. After we agreed on the price he and his brother Jim returned (about a week later)at the date and time ageed upon to install wood flooring rhat I had purchassed at Home Depot and did it beatuifully. They cleaned up the area and were very profesional. I had Joe come back a couple weeks later and install the left over wood in the enterence way and that was a great job well done also . I was a100% pleased with the job preformed and would recommend and use them again if needed.

WE had our pine dining room floor removed and replaced with red oak to match our living room floor. Our living room had termite damage and needed to to be repaired. The repair was made and then the floor sanded and finished. The Houck brothers did a wonderful job,going beyond what was expected of them. Both brothers were diligent and thorough. They used a oil base polyurethane which is very durable,and much better than a water base urethane.
